Nazareth Hospital Physicians, Medical Experts Talk Chest Pain, Cardiovascular Issues During Informative Panel Discussion on March 18
NORTHEAST PHILADELPHIA, PA (February 17, 2014): Is your chest pain a heart attack, a case of angina or something else? Should you call 911 or wait for your symptoms to subside? When it comes to questions about your cardiovascular health, Nazareth Hospital has answers you are looking for. Nazareth Hospital will host a free panel discussion where our experts answer your questions about chest pain and what you should do if you experience heart attack symptoms. The discussion will be held from 5 to 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, March 18 in the hospital’s Marian Conference Room, located at 2601 Holme Ave. in Philadelphia. Check-in for the event begins at 4:30 p.m.
Our informative panel discussion will focus on the difference between chest pain in men and women, acute coronary syndrome and what routine cardiovascular screenings you need to stay healthy. The panelists include physicians from Mercy Cardiology at Nazareth Hospital and the hospital’s Emergency Department chairman. Medical professionals on the panel will also answer attendees’ questions about cardiovascular-related issues.
For those interested in learning more about their heart health wellbeing, a cardiovascular disease risk assessment tool will also be available for attendees prior to the panel discussion.
