himss chartPhiladelphia, PA (February 18, 2016): Mercy Fitzgerald and Mercy Philadelphia Hospitals were recently moved up to a Stage 6 rating on the HIMSS Analytics Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Adoption ModelSM. This places Mercy Fitzgerald and Mercy Philadelphia among 27% of hospitals in America that carry a Stage 6 designation.

The 8-stage model was created in order to track the progress of healthcare organizations across the country. With trusted resources from HIMSS Analytics, Mercy Fitzgerald and Mercy Philadelphia will continue to improve its IT strategic roadmap and market strategy to uniquely position itself in the growing industry.
