Mercy Health System Colleagues Participate in Second Annual Pink Glove Dance Video

The Pink Glove Dance movement supports breast cancer awareness during the month of October.

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa., October 7, 2016—Mercy Health System colleagues and participants from the Mercy LIFE Adult Day Centers once again participated in a Pink Glove Dance video to support National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Colleagues and physicians from Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, Mercy Philadelphia Hospital and Nazareth Hospital, along with staff and senior participants from Mercy LIFE centers at Broad Street, North Hancock, Sharon Hill and Valley View participated.

The first Pink Glove Dance video was produced in 2009 by Providence St. Vincent Medical Center in Portland, Ore. Since then more than 200,000 individuals from organizations across the world have participated in their own Pink Glove Dances.
