Welcome to the Mercy Health System Internal Career Center
As a Mercy colleague, you must create your own profile to apply for open positions. Log on to the job search and follow the directions below.
Once your profile is created, you may apply for job openings as an internal applicant on any remote computer using www.Mercyhealth.org
If you have any questions or experience any difficulties, please contact your local Human Resources Department.
First Time Users
Please read the instructions on this screen completely before proceeding. You may print these instructions.
- Go to the login page using the following link: http://recruiter.kenexa.com/mercy/cc/EmployeeLogin.ss
- Type in the Email Address box MercyHealth (case sensitive)
- Type in the Password box employees (case sensitive)
- Click on the Log On button
- Search for job openings, view job details, and apply for jobs using directions posted throughout the Career Center.
- When applying for a job, set-up your profile, username (email address) and password. Once set-up, you may use this profile for future job bids using Mercyhealth.org from any internet connection.
- After your job bid is successfully submitted, an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your application.
Return Users
- Go to the login page using the following link: http://recruiter.kenexa.com/mercy/cc/Home.ss
- Click on the link Login as a Return User
- Enter your username and password
- Click on the Log On button
- Search for job openings, view job details, and apply for jobs using directions posted throughout the Career Center.
- After your job bid is successfully submitted, an email will be sent to you confirming receipt of your application.
