How do I submit an application?
MCMC accepts all applications through the Electronic Residency Application Services (ERAS). Applications submitted in any other form will not be reviewed. Applications submitted through ERAS must have complete information to be reviewed.
What Facilities are available to residents?
- Dedicated Residents’ Conference Room.
- Library: Departmental library available to residents 24/7.
- Parking: Residents have assigned parking areas on campus with no charge.
What is the call schedule?
PGY2 residents begin the first year with observation evening call for the first twelve months. Evening and Night Float call begins in the PGY3 year. An attending radiologist, as well as Vision Radiology Services, are on-call with each resident. Studies can be reviewed with the attending radiologist through the PACS web server. Residents are on evening call an average of 5 days per month. Night Float call is an average of six weeks per year. Meal allowance is provided for on-call time.
Are there international medical school graduates in the program?
Yes. International medical school graduates participate in the program. MCMC sponsors both H-1 and J-1 visas.
