Physician Opportunities: Breast Surgeon
We are currently recruiting a breast surgeon for Mercy Catholic Medical Center (MCMC- Mercy Fitzgerald and Mercy Philadelphia Hospitals). The surgeon will be part of a multi-disciplinary team to include Medical Oncology and Radiation Oncology as well as dedicated breast imaging experts. A multidisciplinary center will be completed in the coming months offering full service workup of cancer patient within 72hours including stereotactic biopsy. Neoadjuvant treatment of tumors is provided where appropriate. Opportunity offers a full day of outpatient and OR time at each hospital. Excellent adjunct staff exists to include 2 full time nurse navigators, a full time clinical research coordinator and genetic counselors. Research affiliation with Jefferson's Kimmel Cancer Center offers clinical research capabilities. NO GENERAL SURGERY CALL.
