The Mercy Cancer Center, located on the campus of Mercy Suburban Hospital in East Norriton, began treating patients in the 12,000-square foot, two-story outpatient facility in July 2012.

Our spa-like setting offers a peaceful, soothing environment to make each patient’s healing journey as relaxing as possible while providing the highest level of cancer care. Spacious, inviting and designed to promote patient comfort and healing, the cancer center provides the patient and their family privacy in a modern, relaxing setting. Tranquil music can be heard throughout the center to promote healing. Natural lighting and floor to ceiling windows create a backdrop for nature-inspired art, encouraging a sense of calm to help you feel better.

With a wide range of state of the art cancer treatment equipment, the Mercy Cancer Center has placed an emphasis on advanced radiation technology. A newly acquired image-guided linear accelerator uses RapidArc technology and high-dose-rate brachytherapy allowing us to deliver radiation to the exact cancerous area sparing surrounding healthy tissue. Our advanced cancer treatment procedures target tumors with tremendous speed and precision. Cancer patients receiving chemotherapy have access to private, spacious infusion bays with lots of room for family members.

CancerHelp touch screen kiosks provide the great way for patients and families to learn more about cancer treatment options and diagnosis, side effects of oncology medicines and coping with cancer, cancer prevention and screening.
