A special note from a thankful patient

I am writing to inform you of our very recent experience with Mercy Home Health.

My husband Tony received a new hip from Dr. Richard Rothman in November. Our caregivers were Nurse Nan Batcho and Physical Therapist Mike Batijan.

Nan is a very caring, hard working, dependable nurse. We felt that we enjoyed 100% of her attention and very capable nursing care.

Mike is a very knowledgeable and patient therapist. Tony holds Mike in very high regard. He felt at ease in his care and advanced very quickly in his mobility thanks to Mike's careful observations and insightful pointers.

Both Mike and Nan maintained a very professional and punctual schedule and did their best to accommodate Tony's hectic back to work schedule.
