The Mercy LIFE Adult Day Centers offer a convenient location where the interdisciplinary care team of doctors, nurses, therapists, and social workers provide preventive health care as well as observe and respond to changes in each participant’s health.

Mercy LIFE Valley View

Our center located on the historic Elwyn campus in Delaware County is the first Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) program in the United States to provide services to a community specifically comprised of deaf, deaf/blind seniors. Mercy LIFE’s compassionate team of healthcare professionals are fluent in American Sign Language (ASL). This center has a residential component, providing housing opportunities for individuals who require and are eligible for nursing home level of care. Visit to learn more about the program.
