This 20-bed unit delivers high patient satisfaction and excellent patient outcomes. Nationally accredited by the Commission for Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF), this program offers comprehensive therapy for several hours a day, seven days a week so you can maximize your recovery.

Nazareth is the two-time recipient of the Top Performing Rehab Program Award from UDS (Uniform Data Systems).

Scope of Care
For each patient, we develop a comprehensive and individualized rehab program to be carried out by care takers and therapist. This unit’s friendly atmosphere will allow you and your care takers and therapist to get to know each other on a personal level. You will feel comfortable to ask questions and give real input into your therapy plan.
