Independence Blue Cross and Trinity Health sign new long-term agreement
Philadelphia – March 29, 2019 – Independence Blue Cross (Independence) and Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic have signed a new five-year agreement, effective April 1, 2019. The agreement—which includes Mercy Fitzgerald, Mercy Philadelphia, Nazareth Hospital, St. Mary Medical Center, and Saint Francis Healthcare in Delaware—demonstrates a continued commitment between Independence and Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic to provide members and patients with access to quality, affordable care.

Snyder, MD, executive vice president of Facilitated Health Networks and chief medical officer at Independence Blue Cross.
