Our Primary Goal
At Mercy Home Health, the primary goal is to restore patients to optimal health and help them achieve the highest level of independence at home. Whether its skilled care needed after hospitalization, rehabilitative care after orthopedic joint replacement, short-term care following a work related injury, or education to help manage a chronic illness, our team of skilled, caring professionals are ready to provide quality healthcare services in the comfort of our patients’ homes.
We have a continued commitment to reaching out to our communities by providing healthcare, wellness and educational programs including blood pressure screenings, falls prevention screenings, and flu shots.
