At Nazareth Hospital, we’ve created a dedicated Balance Program at our Outpatient Center for Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation and Balance to address this issue.

The Balance Program combines computer-based assessment and retraining technology with thorough education and therapeutic exercises. Together, they can increase your strength, stamina and mobility. The goal is to reduce your risk of falling—so you can walk without fear.
